Standard bolts (DIN EN ISO, BS, ANSI)

Based on our experience for decades in the production of screws we are able to produce almost any DIN/ISO connection element (DIN EN ISO, BS ANSI, ...) with the appropiate thread [metrical standard/fine, inch thread] in the property classes 3.6-14.9.

 

The raw materials, which are chosen depending on the required firmness, like construction steel (S235/S355), heat-resisting steel (16Mo3, 21CrMoV5-11) or heat treatable steel (42CrMo4, 34CrNiMo6) are exclusively bought from well-respected steel manufactures with certificates of origin.

During the production of the threads ASF-Anker almost always uses non-cutting roll forming to shape of the threads, which has many advantages towards cutting them (profile precision, no break of the trim, etc.). The type of threading is based on a certain standard (i.e. DIN 13) or customer request.

Required key and head geometrics on the connection elements get forged on with horizontal forging presses anf if needed edited on modern CNC machines.

The required accessories (nuts, plates, etc.) can also be delivered when needed.

Besides our standard qm system according to DIN EN ISO 9001:2008 ASF-Anker owns an approval according to ADW 2000 data sheets W0 [hier W02/W7]. That´s why we are authorized to produce connection elements for pressure tanks. The bulk of our connection elements can be marked with the Ü-Sign because of approvals according to the "Materialprüfungsamtes Nordrhein-Westfalen" (conformity according to Building Rules List). On connection elements made of construction steel according to DIN EN 10025 we are able to provide CE stamps.
