Welding constructions

In hydraulic engineering, in addition to walings, many more welding constructions are used in a sheet pile wall anchoring system. In our second production plant, which was built in 2013, we have installed a specific welding workshop, which is certified after DIN EN1090-1/2. With that, ASF-Anker is authorized to produce carrying parts for steel and hydraulic steel engineering up to the highest Execution Class EXC 4 (Components and supporting structures with extreme consequences of failure for human beings and nature). A special feature of the ASF-Anker welding technique is the fully automatic submerged welding facility. This method excels through its high operating efficiency and the high quality result. Shorter welding duration and a higher on-time enable us to weld long welds without interruption.
