Laboratory

In order to examine the mechanical properties of both incoming raw materials, as well as our connection elements produced during and after production (intermediate- / final tests) directly on conformity, the company Firma ASF-Anker has installed its own materials laboratory .

 

Here the following material-tests can be performed:

  • Tensile test after DIN EN ISO 6892-1 to determine the E-Modul, elasticity limit, tensile strength, breaking elongation and constriction [Universal-test-machine with PC-Connection]
  • Impact-bending-test after DIN EN ISO 148-1 to determine the notched bar impact work [Impact-bending-testing-machine with swing-hammer]
  • Hardness-test after DIN EN ISO 6507-1  and 6506-1  to determine the Brinell- and Vickers hardness  [Hardness-test-machine]
